The Kansas State University Department of Grain and Food Science is seeking applicants for a postdoctoral position focused on Mass Spectrometry and Analytical Chemistry.

 

About This Role

The successful candidate will conduct laboratory experiments using a range of spectroscopy, chromatography, and mass spectrometry techniques. The work will involve profiling the chemical structures of carbohydrates, lipids, and metabolites, and investigating their functional and nutritional properties.
