The successful candidate will conduct laboratory experiments using a range of spectroscopy, chromatography, and mass spectrometry techniques. The work will involve profiling the chemical structures of carbohydrates, lipids, and metabolites, and investigating their functional and nutritional properties.

Our faculty includes several current and former Grain and Food Science members who are ranked among the world’s top 2% of researchers in a 2020 Stanford University study.
